Return Policy


Returns will be authorized by phone only and must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. Call 702-558-0497 during normal business hours to obtain authorization. Full refunds are granted for parts in resalable condition only; damaged parts will be replaced at original purchase price and deducted from the refund. Your refund will be the purchase price less original shipping charges and handling fees, and a 15% restocking fee per item. All refunds will be made by company check. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Missing Parts/Order Discrepancies
Any discrepancies concerning parts missing from your order must be addressed within 10 days of delivery. No exceptions.


All exchanges will be subject to re-shipping charges, except when the exchange is related to errors by Got Saggy Bags?, Inc. In that case no shipping charges will occur. Call 702-558-0497 for instructions.
