Harley Deuce Bike System

The Perimeter Insert System eliminates the unsightly wrinkles and buckled seam problems at the front and rear ends of your bags.

The surfaces will now remain straight, smooth, & square. The inserts tie into the existing floor providing full perimeter support of the bag.

You can see the two shaped plastic pieces that fit inside the bag to reform the front and back of the saddle-bag.

A perimeter insert strip is added to complete the installation. All pieces lock into position with no glue required.

This system is for self-installation

The Lid Insert entails a 3-step process, but equally as simple. Start with an oh-so-obvious saggy bag. Open the bag and install the Lid Insert according to instructions, using the special cement as directed. Position carefully on the underside of the saddlebag lid. Then stand back and admire your handiwork!

The Lid Insert is pre-cut to the exact size for your Deuce, and is invisible from the outside; all that is noticed is your nicely-squared saddle-bag, letting everyone know that yours is one sharp machine. E6000 Industrial Strength Adhesive is included.
